General & Professional Liability Coverage
- Both coverage parts are written on Occurrence Form
- Limits of up to $1million/$3million.
- Physical/Sexual Abuse coverage is included
- Employee Benefits Liability available as an option
- Zero deductible for both coverage parts.

Requirements for Submission
- Completed SNAP application. If completed, we do not need Acord applications to quote the General Liability, Professional Liability or Commercial Auto coverage sections. Be sure to include the date of hire for all drivers and all of the information requested in the vehicle schedule section.
- Five year currently valued loss runs, if the prospect has been operating that long.
- New Ventures will be considered with additional information:
- Resume of Key Employees noting employment and management experience pertaining to special needs transport; and
- Business plan and proposed operating budget showing estimated revenue and expenditure for the coming fiscal year
