Working with Scobie Group®Thank you for choosing Scobie Group®. We'd like to offer you the opportunity to read a sample of the Agency Contract before you begin and also ask that you have with you a copy of any E&O coverage that you carry before you fill out the Agency Questionnaire. You will be asked for the name of the company as well as the limit you carry. We would also ask that you complete the Agency Questionnaire for each office location that your agency has. Once you have completed the questionnaire for each office location, you will continue to the Agency Contract. At the end of the process you will get a pop-up window with the IRS Form W9. This will need to be filled out and mailed back to us before we can send you your IRS Form 1099 at the end of the year for your taxes.
